Our Services begin with a personal interview to
get to know you and what you want. Then we work with you, your family,
case workers, employers, and other people that know you to:
▫ Find a job for you that you can do
and would like to do.
▫ Prepare you for a job interview.
▫ Help you learn about personal hygiene, proper social skills, and how to be a
good worker.
▫ Make sure you get help if you need it to do your job.
▫ Teach you the job skills, schedules, and routines you need to do the job.
▫ Help you learn how to get along with your employer and your co-workers.
▫ Make sure your job is the best one for you and help you change it if it is the
best thing to do.
▫ Make sure that your job always gets done right, even while you're learning it.

the job after my on-the-job training?

Can I receive Supported
Employment and Supported Living services from DDI VANTAGE at the same time?
If you are eligible to receive services from the Division of
Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD) or the Utah State Office of
Vocational Rehabilitation, you DO NOT PAY for our services.
It is important for you that DDI VANTAGE helps you less as you
get better at doing the job, but we will help you as long as you need it by
visiting you at work and keeping in contact with your employer. We will be
there for you whenever you need us.
Yes. How much help we can give you depends on your budget
that is set up by DSPD.
