What is Supported Employment?

DDI VANTAGE is a qualified non-profit organization under 501(c)(3). Its adult services program is designed to help adults with disabilities find, learn, and maintain jobs in the community, and to promote the enhancement of an individual's personal esteem through success on the job and independence in employment.

DDI VANTAGE's trained staff helps the individual develop not only on-the-job skills but abilities in related areas, such as transportation, personal organization, health care, and the security of ongoing employment.

The on-site supervision and training provided by DDI VANTAGE ensures that the worker's job is completed to the employer's satisfaction during the period of on-the-job training, and reduces the amount of time that the employer might otherwise have to spend to train the employee.

DDI VANTAGE is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against its employees not its clients on the basis of race, religion, gender, age, national origin, political affiliation, or disability.
